Our products are sold exclusively to established patients of the clinic. Because dietary supplements are ingestible health-related products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been dispensed or purchased.

All dietary supplement sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If a product is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, contact us promptly at 9543952585

Please include your proof of purchase and photographs of the product and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate. Do not discard the product or its packaging until you receive further instructions from us.

Product Suitability

Discontinuing a supplement because of personal preference, intolerance, an adverse reaction, or a change in your treatment plan does not make the product eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed, dispensed, shipped, or made available for pickup. Once an order has been processed or dispensed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
