Comprehensive Women’s Wellness & Hormone Lab Panel
A comprehensive 91-biomarker blood panel designed to provide a detailed overview of hormonal balance, thyroid function, metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, nutritional status, blood cell health, and healthy aging.
This physician-selected panel goes beyond routine laboratory testing to help identify patterns that may contribute to fatigue, weight changes, menstrual irregularities, mood changes, reduced libido, hair changes, sleep problems, or difficulty maintaining optimal health.
What This Panel Evaluates
Female Hormone Health
Provides a detailed assessment of reproductive and adrenal hormones involved in menstrual health, fertility, energy, mood, libido, and healthy aging.
Estradiol, Estrone, Progesterone, Pregnenolone, FSH, LH, Prolactin, DHEA-S, Cortisol, Total Testosterone, Free Testosterone, Dihydrotestosterone (DHT), Sex Hormone-Binding Globulin (SHBG), Parathyroid Hormone
Hormone results are interpreted in the context of age, menstrual-cycle phase, symptoms, medications, and menopausal status.
Complete Thyroid Evaluation
Examines thyroid hormone production, conversion, regulation, and possible autoimmune thyroid activity.
TSH, Total T4, Free T4, Total T3, Free T3, Reverse T3, Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies (TPO), Thyroglobulin Antibodies (TgAb)
A complete thyroid evaluation may provide more information than TSH testing alone, particularly when symptoms persist despite apparently normal routine results.
Glucose and Insulin Regulation
Evaluates current and longer-term blood sugar control, insulin production, and possible early insulin resistance.
Fasting Glucose, Hemoglobin A1c, Glycated Serum Protein, Insulin, HOMA-IR
These markers may help identify metabolic changes before fasting glucose or A1c reaches the diabetic range.
Cardiovascular and Inflammatory Health
Measures cholesterol patterns, vascular inflammation, oxidative stress, and cardiac strain.
Total Cholesterol, LDL Cholesterol, HDL Cholesterol, Triglycerides, Cholesterol-to-HDL Ratio, High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein, Homocysteine, Oxidized LDL, Myeloperoxidase, NT-proBNP
Together, these markers provide a broader assessment of cardiovascular health than a standard cholesterol panel alone.
Nutritional Status
Measures several nutrients essential for energy, red blood cell production, neurological health, bone health, and hormone function.
Vitamin D, 25-OH, Vitamin B12, Folate, Ferritin
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
Evaluates kidney function, liver health, electrolytes, hydration balance, blood sugar, and protein status.
Sodium, Potassium, Chloride, Carbon Dioxide, Glucose, Blood Urea Nitrogen, Creatinine, BUN-to-Creatinine Ratio, Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate, Calcium, Albumin, Total Protein, ALT, AST, Total Bilirubin, Alkaline Phosphatase, Calculated Serum Osmolality
Complete Blood Count with Differential
Evaluates red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets, oxygen-carrying capacity, and immune-cell distribution.
White Blood Cell Count, Red Blood Cell Count, Hemoglobin, Hematocrit, MCV, MCH, and MCHC, RDW, Platelet Count and Mean Platelet Volume, Neutrophils, Lymphocytes, Monocytes, Eosinophils, Basophils, Immature Granulocytes, Nucleated Red Blood Cells
Reticulocyte Evaluation
Assesses the production and development of new red blood cells. Reticulocyte Count, Reticulocyte Percentage, Immature Reticulocyte Fraction, Reticulocyte Hemoglobin
Healthy Aging and Cellular Health
Insulin-Like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1), Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH)
Who May Benefit from This Panel?
This panel may be appropriate for women experiencing:
Fatigue or reduced energy, Unexplained weight changes, Irregular or changing menstrual cycles, Perimenopausal or menopausal symptoms, Mood changes, anxiety, or difficulty concentrating, Hair thinning or skin changes, Reduced libido, Sleep disturbances,Fertility concerns, Symptoms suggestive of thyroid dysfunction, A personal or family history of metabolic or cardiovascular conditions, A desire for a comprehensive preventive health assessment
Sample Requirements
This panel requires a blood draw using serum, plasma, and EDTA whole-blood specimens. Preparation and fasting instructions should be confirmed before collection.
For menstruating women, the timing of testing may be important because estradiol, progesterone, FSH, and LH naturally change throughout the menstrual cycle. Please provide the first day of your last menstrual period and any hormone medications or supplements you are taking.
Important Information
Laboratory results must be interpreted together with symptoms, medical history, menstrual-cycle timing, medications, supplements, and other clinical findings.
This panel is intended to support a personalized health evaluation. It does not independently diagnose a medical condition and does not replace an examination or medical advice from a licensed healthcare professional.
